We are ASAProblem
ASAProblem stands for "ASAP Problem". There are global issues and problems arising everyday and we would like to address them as soon as possible through our blog. We are an organization who aims to inform, educate, and inspire the public to make a meaningful change in society. ("ASA" also represents the initial of the co-cofounders of this blog:))
ASAProblem provides a platform where students can voice their opinions on global issues that have a direct impact on their lives. We want to have a global reach and continue voicing our opinions even after the news cycle is over. Our goal is to hold ourselves and our community accountable for the events that transpire in our society. Never stop speaking about it. Never stop doing the work.
We welcome thoughts and ideas from every perspective. We want to hear from you.

Our Story
2020 has been a hard year for everyone, starting with the coronavirus outbreak, Australia in flames, World War III threats, Ukrainian flight crash killing 176 people, Kobe and Gigi passing away, US stock market plummets, the 2020 summer Olympics postponed, many countries in lock down, the death of George Floyd due to police brutality and many more horrendous events.
We feel responsible to speak up about these matters and make our voices heard by society. As students we have the ability to make a change in our community through the digital world. We cannot be silent about such matters and let social media decide when an event become irrelevant. After the tragic death of George Floyd and the many others killed by police brutality we decided that this silence is no longer an option. As students we felt that our contribution to the world was limited. We want to provide a platform for student communities to play a role in changing systems that are bigger than us, like Canada's legal justice system.
One evening as we were gathering our minds to speak about these matters and how we can illicit changes, the three of us decided to create a blog where our voices could be heard. However our vision is not only to speak about our opinions but rather welcome all minds and perspectives. Our goal is to help find students their passion and write about events not only in 2020 but throughout their lives. We want to be the voice to make a change throughout society. We are the generation of the future.
